sam Mladen.
Realizacija ove stranice je većinom moja zasluga.
Velika strast su mi zmije. Obožavam hodati okolo i tražiti ih. Svaku nađenu
zmiju uslikam i izmjerim (osim par iznimaka- bile su brže od mene i
pobjegle su). Moja glavna traganja za zmijama su SI od Zagreba, kraj
sela Vugrovec (tamo imam vikendicu, znam ljude, znam teren) i tamo ih također
spašavam od ljudi, ali planiram ići i na druge lokacije u
Hrvatskoj.
Moj interes za zmije se razvio 2004., nakon nekoliko susreta sa (na žalost)
mrtvim zmijama i gledanjem dokumentaraca na Animal Planet-u i Discovery
Chanell-u.
Od 2007. godine član sam Hrvatskog herpetološkog društva i surađujem s ljudima Državnog zavoda za zaštitu prirode, Parka prirode Medvednica i Parka prirode Maksimir.

My name is Mladen.
This
page is mostly my doing. I have a passion for
snakes. I love walking around and searching for them. Every snake that I
find I photograph and measure (except a few exceptions- they were faster
than me and got away). My main "Snake searches" are NE of
Zagreb, near the village Vugrovec (I have a vacation cottage there, I know
the people, I know the terrain) and there I also save them from people, but
I'm planning trips to other locations in Croatia.
My interest in snakes developed in 2004., after a few encounters with
(sadly) dead snakes and watching documentaries on "Animal
Planet" and the "Discovery Channel".
In 2007. I joined the Croatian Herpetologycal Society HYLA and I cooperate with people from the State Institute for Nature Protection, Nature Park Medvednica and Nature Park Maksimir.
I also play the guitar and am a member of these forums: HerpFamily.com,
